Leaving a second review because these guys are awesome. They show up on time, communicate well, and are super efficient with the plumbing work. I never have to call them for the same issue twice, and they're super polite (the scheduling people too). Side note: as someone with autism, I think it's really nice of them to always send at least one dude I've seen before. Last time when they fixed the tub they sent Jason and Osvaldo. Today they sent Osvaldo and Levi to fix the plumbing in the other bathroom. 10/10 as always

The quality of the service was excellent! The technician that came was on time. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it within minutes. Anthony was super efficient and professional. I was treated like a valued customer! That's rare these days!

Aloha! If you're looking for exceptional service with a smile, then look no further than Dane and Connor Arneson from Ideal Services! These gentlemen came to our home in Henderson this morning to tackle a less-than-pleasant task: replacing our garbage disposal.
From the moment they arrived, they impressed us with their professionalism and friendly demeanor. They were courteous, kind, and a pleasure to have in our home.
But their awesomeness goes far beyond good manners! Dane and Connor were incredibly efficient, replacing the disposal quickly and without making a mess. It was truly an outstanding job!

My homeowner's warranty dispatched Ideal Services for a garbage disposal repair the same day the problem was reported. Connor and Dane were the technicians assigned and they provided us with excellent service. They were very thorough, polite, and remedied the situation. They also went above and beyond and answered our questions related to some of our other plumbing concerns. I highly recommend Ideal Services for any plumbing needs.....and request Conner and Dane!

Anthony Green was my assigned electrician. He immediately recognized the problem after being patient with me explaining in my layman’s terms. The issue was quickly resolved. We submitted a ticket through our home warranty company due to our A/C going out. When Willie and Bryan came out, they did as much as they could that first day to let us know what was wrong. We ended up having to have both our A/C and furnaces replaced due to age and being miss serviced. They came out before 9 am and stayed until almost 8pm making sure everything was taken care of and up to our standards. They were more than courteous, answered all of our questions, and made sure we knew what was done and why. We will be calling them again for maintenance and repairs.

I had toilet plumbing issues so I called my home warranty company, they sent a company out, the gentlemen who they sent said my toilet was unrepairable and if I paid $450 he would fix it on the spot , I simply wasn’t ok with that. I asked my home warranty for a second opinion from a totally different company .. they sent out Ideal Services , Levi literally fixed my toilet in less than 5 min. Super responsive, respectful of my home, and got the job done. Thank you so much Levi! I appreciate your hard work, time and saving me money!!

It can be a gamble when needing vendors for repair. I needed a bathroom light fixed that had a short circuit.

Charles H. and David A. were prompt, polite, respectful and very pleasant to work with. They immediately diagnosed the problem and had it taken care of in a matter of minutes. They then turned the unit on and walked through my home, making sure it was working and that each vent was performing correctly. I was very pleased with their service and demeanor, and would be happy to have them if my A/C needed work again, though fingers crossed, it won't be any time soon wink I should also mention that the scheduling department was also pleasant to work with. We called Ideal Service when our AC unit quit working on a hot Las Vegas summer day. We called several air conditioning contractors to see who could come out that same day. Ideal Services dispatched a service technician and fixed our AC in an hour from the time we called them. Unbelievable service.
